These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use the Platform. By creating an account or initiating a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

XenoraPay is a digital payment service platform that provides:

  • Transaction history and receipt generation.
  • Payment verification and confirmation services.

XenoraPay is a service-based platform. All payments made through the platform are for access to digital services. The platform does not offer investment products, financial instruments, or speculative services of any kind.

3. Eligibility

To use XenoraPay, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be a resident of India or a jurisdiction where our services are legally available.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
  • Not be prohibited from using payment services under applicable Indian law.

By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above.

4. Account Responsibility

When you create an account with XenoraPay, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Providing accurate and truthful personal information during registration.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach at support@xenorapay.in.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false or misleading information.

5. Payments & Transactions

All transactions conducted through XenoraPay are subject to the following conditions:

  • Payments must be made using valid, authorized payment methods.
  • You must be the authorized holder of any payment instrument used.
  • Transaction amounts are final once payment confirmation is received.
  • XenoraPay reserves the right to decline or reverse any transaction suspected of fraud.
  • Currency for all transactions is Indian Rupee (INR) unless otherwise stated.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree that you will not use XenoraPay for any of the following:

  • Any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian or international law.
  • Money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
  • Circumventing payment authorization or attempting unauthorized transactions.
  • Uploading malicious code, scripts, or attempting to compromise platform security.
  • Impersonating any person, entity, or misrepresenting your identity.
  • Using automated bots, scrapers, or non-human access methods without written authorization.
  • Sharing account access or credentials with third parties.
  • Any activity that disrupts, overloads, or impairs the proper functioning of the Platform.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, and software — is the exclusive property of XenoraPay and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Platform without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XenoraPay shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
  • Loss of data, unauthorized access, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
  • Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
  • Technical failures attributable to internet infrastructure, device issues, or external factors.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Platform or other users.

You may also terminate your account by contacting us at support@xenorapay.in. Termination does not negate any obligations incurred prior to termination.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of XenoraPay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

We encourage users to first contact our support team to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal remedies.
