Talent Acquisition Specialist — Retail at RetailMax Group

Job Description

Scale our retail workforce by hiring store managers, area managers, and specialists across North and West India. You will run end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to offer letter, using various sourcing channels.

Responsibilities

Write and post job descriptions on multiple platforms
Screen and shortlist candidates
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Negotiate offers and manage candidate experience
Maintain recruitment metrics and reports

Requirements

1+ year of talent acquisition or HR experience
Experience with ATS platforms
Strong sourcing skills via LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage high-volume hiring
