HR Business Partner — Tech at TechVision Solutions

Job Description

Partner with engineering and product leaders to build a high-performance culture. You will handle talent planning, performance management, employee relations, and learning & development programmes for our 400-person tech organisation.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders on org design and talent planning
Manage performance review cycles
Handle employee relations and grievances
Drive engagement initiatives
Coordinate L&D programmes

Requirements

3+ years as HRBP in a tech company
Strong understanding of tech roles and org structures
Experience with performance and OKR frameworks
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
MBA in HR preferred
