Job Description
Drive revenue growth for 80+ RetailMax stores across Delhi NCR, UP, and Rajasthan. You will lead a team of 15 area managers, set sales targets, manage store operations, and develop strategies to capture market share.
Responsibilities
Set and monitor sales targets for the region
Manage and coach area managers
Drive footfall and conversion rate improvements
Analyse sales data and adjust strategies
Coordinate new store openings
Requirements
5+ years of retail sales management
Proven track record of meeting revenue targets
Experience managing large, distributed teams
Data-driven approach to territory management
Excellent leadership and motivational skills
