Senior UI/UX Designer at MediaFlow Agency

Job Description

Design stunning digital experiences for our clients ranging from D2C brands to fintech apps. You will lead the design process from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and handoff. You will also mentor junior designers and maintain our design system.

Responsibilities

Lead design for complex, multi-platform products
Conduct user research and usability testing
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Maintain and evolve the design system
Collaborate with developers to ensure design quality

Requirements

4+ years of UI/UX design experience
Mastery of Figma
Strong portfolio with mobile and web case studies
Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing
Ability to translate business requirements into design solutions
