Project Manager — Civil Construction at BuildRight Infrastructure

Job Description

Oversee large-scale commercial construction projects worth ₹50Cr+ from planning to handover. You will manage multidisciplinary site teams, coordinate with contractors, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery meeting all safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Plan and schedule construction activities
Manage site teams and subcontractors
Monitor quality, safety, and compliance
Report project status to senior management
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients

Requirements

6+ years of civil construction project management
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
Experience managing projects >₹25 Cr
Strong knowledge of IS codes and safety regulations
Excellent leadership and vendor management skills
