Job Description
Analyse clinical and operational data to improve patient outcomes and hospital efficiency. You will build dashboards, conduct cohort analyses, and work with hospital partners to derive insights from EMR data.
Responsibilities
Design and maintain analytical dashboards
Analyse patient data to identify trends
Work with clinical teams to validate data quality
Build automated reports for hospital clients
Support data migration projects
Requirements
2+ years of data analysis experience
Strong SQL and Python skills
Experience with BI tools (Tableau or Power BI)
Understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7/FHIR) is a plus
Ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
