Job Description
Coordinate and monitor our fleet of 500+ trucks across South India. You will track shipments in real-time, resolve delivery exceptions, and maintain communication with drivers and customers.
Responsibilities
Monitor truck locations and delivery status
Coordinate with drivers on route and delivery issues
Update delivery status in TMS
Handle customer escalations
Prepare daily delivery reports
Requirements
1+ year of fleet or logistics operations experience
Familiarity with GPS tracking systems
Strong communication skills
Willingness to work in shifts
Basic computer skills
