Job Description
Ensure our merchant and enterprise clients get maximum value from our payment platform. You will manage onboarding, run QBRs, resolve escalations, and identify upsell opportunities by deeply understanding client goals.
Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of 30-50 enterprise clients
Conduct onboarding and training sessions
Monitor client health scores and intervene proactively
Run quarterly business reviews
Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Requirements
2+ years of customer success or account management
Experience in fintech or SaaS industry
Strong analytical skills to interpret client data
Excellent communication and relationship skills
Familiarity with CRM and support tools
